DMatlas is a knowledge-driven geological modelling tool allowing intuitive ways of prototyping reservoir model concepts, and a model library providing rapid ‘custom tailor’ to define your own models using our huge model database with analogues of various depositional environments.
DMatlas is dedicated to represent your idea of what the sub-surface looks like in the field, capturing the depositional features and address any associated uncertainty. Your geologic understandings are the most important to build a reasonable reservoir model. Reservoir architecture units are modelled as discrete volumes bounded by surfaces without reference to a predefined grid, and you can ‘draw’ a single sand body digitally in three dimensions (3D). ‘Soft data’ such as outcrop images and contour maps, as well as ‘hard data’ like well logs/tops are all integrated to fulfill our forward Facies, Structure and Property modelling process.
DMatlas provides a model library with large number of model analogues to help improve reservoir modeling efficiency. You can search targeted models using reservoir characterization terms such as basin type, depositional system and producing formation etc. Resulted analogues can be downloaded and transformed into your own model. The analogue models in our library are constructed from public literatures of gas and oil reservoirs, and concept model/ images from open sources.
